How do I start service?

Do you have any rules on garbage collection?

We cannot collect Tires, Batteries, or Paint. We have a limit on grass and limbs. Two bundles of limbs and two bags of grass per pick up. Bundles of limbs should be no larger than 3ftX3ft. If you do not bundle your limbs, we will take two arm loads per pick up. M&M Disposal does not have any rules on bagging trash. The loose trash will blow out on a windy day. M&M Disposal will do its best to clean up anything that is blown but we cannot guarantee that we can get it all.

Do you provide Heavy Trash collection?

We do provide household heavy trash collection for no additional charge. Heavy trash/bulk waste includes waste that is not generated on a regular basis. One item per week per household. Example: Furniture or mattress

My Garbage was not picked up. What should I do?

Confirm that your bill has been paid or that it was set out at the proper time.
If your account was suspended for non payment, please make sure payment is made the day before your collection service. We cannot guarantee you will get picked up if you pay on the day of your collection and the account is past due. Please make sure to pay 24 hours in advance.

How do I temporarily suspend or cancel service?

Please contact our office at 979-627-0063 to temporarily suspend service or to cancel your account. If you do not call ahead of time, you will not be credited for the time you were gone. You must let us know in advance.

When is the due date?

Payment due date is the 10th of each month. We give a 10 day grace period. You must have your payment in by the 20th of every month. If payment is not made by the 20th your account will have a $10.00 late fee added And your account will be suspended until payment is made.

Do I get a credit for holidays?

No credit will be issued for holidays that we don’t run. We will still collect all the trash from the day we missed.
